FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE 100 $
Orders with subtotal less then 100$ will be charged shipping costs of USD 5. This amount will not be invoiced in 2016.
You will always be presented the grand total including shipping cost "If any" before you decide to place final order.
All items on display are stock items, and shipped as soon as we have registered your payment. When an order is placed you will recieve an order confirmation emailed to your email adress provided to us.
Typical expected delivery time 7-10 days from day of purchase. Add a few days extra if holliday season.
If delivery time exceed typical delivery lenghts you will be notified.
Regret Purchase policy :

If you are not 100% satiesfied with the product you recieve, you can claim usage of our turnback policy. We Grant 14 days turn back from the day of receiving the order and further more 14 days to return the unwanted item.
No later then 14 days after receiving the order, you must notify us either by phone or email, your wish to return the unwanted product.
1. Any product you return must be in the same amount and condition you recieved it. And if possible in same packaging.
2. Full refund will be processed minus shipment costs, will be reafeared to your bank account, as soon as the product are back at our disposal. We reserve the rights after narrow inspection to claim a reduction of the reimbursement; if the product Show signs of mis treatment in the turn back period and thereby subject to a decrease in value.
3. The customer holds the shipment costs unless other agreements has been made.

Claims :
Shop4artefact is according to Danish laws granting a 2 years right to claim on defaults caused by manufacturing or material defects.
The right to claim does not cover defects, damages or wear directly or indirectly caused by wrong usage, wrong maintenance or a violent act.
A claim identified by normal inspection of the article should be reported within reasonable time.
In case of a claim the article should be returned for repair/exchange or after agreement for reimbursement.
