This category includes pictorial artworks by danish artisans, books related to Denmark and art and craft products of danish origin with particular focus on NORA´s production based on her extensive knowledge of wild flowers.
Danish artisans have for the past 200 years been defining and developing the danish identity. They did often in the past travel South when seeking inspiration, but from the later part of the 19. century the focus turned towards Home or North. Significant "state support" fueled an increased number of educational opportunities centered in Copenhagen. However artisan neighbourhood communities developed when the artisans returned from Copenhagen.
We promote in a continously fashion some of the during all times best danish artisans in a well arranged navigation.
